Let’s face it, we live in the upper Mid-west. The weather is not always our friend. We have been battle cold streaks of sub zero days followed by scattered freezing rain and lots (I mean LOTS) of snow this spring. So when this family wanted maternity photos but weren’t quite ready to bare the elements I totally understood. So I packed up one morning and headed to the beautiful home in Hudson. And believe it or not, we were prepping for another snow storm.

There is something so amazing about having your session at home. Children and families seem more relaxed. They are will to let down their guards a bit and that allows me to capture their connection. It’s who they are. these are beautiful photos that are going to capture a moment in their lives together. Thanks for having me.
